Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities

We strongly encourage applications from individuals affected by hearing loss, particularly those who are oral communicators. Hear Québec actively participates in employment subsidy programs that support the hiring of individuals with disabilities.
Eligible applicants may benefit from salary subsidies and job retention supports through programs such as:
- Emploi Québec Adapted Employment (Subvention Salariale – Personne Handicapée)
- Wage subsidies for youth with disabilities
- Onboarding and workplace accessibility supports
Summer Jobs (Canada Summer Jobs Program)
Every summer, we hire enthusiastic and motivated students to join our team through the Canada Summer Jobs (CSJ) Program.
These paid placements are ideal for students who want to gain valuable experience in:
- Nonprofit communications
- Event planning and community outreach
- Social media and content creation
- Accessibility and assistive technology
- Program evaluation and data analysis
To be eligible for CSJ, you must:
- Be between the ages of 15 and 30 (inclusive) at the start of employment
- Be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or have refugee status
Priority is given to youth with disabilities, including those with hearing loss. We provide a supportive, inclusive, and accommodating environment to help you thrive and gain meaningful work experience.
